Securido Guard Services Sdn Bhd was incorporated by the Commission Company of Malaysia (CCM) under the Companies Act 1965 in 24th November 2008 and is a licensed Private Agency under Section 2(a) and 2 (b) of the Private Agencies Act 1971 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) to provide commercial security services and private investigation respectively in Malaysia on August 11, 2010. Steered by individuals and teams who are committed to the security industry, this company has a plan and a clear vision to provide security services with integrity, reliability and quality professionals.
 
Securido Guard Services Sdn Bhd aims to make the company a leading and internationally recognized to enhance Malaysia’s national pride. Securido Guard Services Sdn Bhd has a clear mission and vision for the security profession needs a boost so that people have high regard for the safety profession.
 
Most of the Company’s officers and guards Securido Guard Services Sdn Bhd consists of ex- Army, Territorial Army and Military Rela members.

Capt ® Najmuddin Bin Mohd Ibrahim

Executive Chairman

CAPT ® NAJMUDDIN BIN MOHD IBRAHIM EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN Capt ® Najmuddin Bin Mohd Ibrahim was born on 12 January 1952 in Ipoh, Perak He was involved in defence industries since 24th April 1074 under “Rejimen Askar Melayu Di Raja” about 11 years. After retired, he decided to join Security Industries. With capability and experience, he come out with an idea together with other Board of Director to build Securido Guard Services Sdn Bhd. On that time he was as Managing Director from 24″ November 2008 until 30 Jun 2014. As a Chairman of company he is role to ensure that the board is effective in its task of setting and implementing the company’s direction and strategy.

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

• He graduated in Master (Sc) Security Management & Safety at University New Castle USA in 2008.
• He joined Train The Trainer under PIIKM (Previous know as PPKKM)
• He is also was a Taekwondo Coach (Black Belt) 2ndand (1 RAMD)

WORKING EXPERINCE AND OCCUPATION :

• He had been served as Platoon (1 RAMD).

Capt ® Najmuddin Bin Mohd Ibrahim

Advisory Director

Brig Gen® Dato Abdul Majid Bin Daudsha was born on 22nd November 1945. He started his military career in the Army in 1966 and retired in the rank of Brigadier General after serving for almost 35 years. Upon retirement, he served in a number of companies for almost 10 years before joining Securido Guard Services Sdn Bhd as Advisor / Director. As the company Advisor, he has offered guidance and assistance to the Chairman and Board of Directors, by reviewing the company objectives, long term goals and initiating short term projects. He has always stressed on the importance of good planning and the need to always exercise financial prudence.

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

• In 1967, Graduated from the Royal Military College.
• In 1984, Graduated from the Armed Forces staff College.
• In 1994, Graduated from Armed Forces Defence College.
• In 1981, Graduated Honours Degree from the Chartered Institute of Transport (UK).
• In 2007, Fellow Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (FCILT-UK).
• Overseas Military Courses and Seminars – India, Australia, Philippine and Bangladesh.

• From Second Lieutenant to Lieutenant Colonel held various command, staff and training appointment at units, Brigades, Division and Ministry of Defence.
• In 1995, as the Director of Service Corps Group, Ministry of Defence.
• In 1996, as the Director of Royal Service Corps, Ministry of Defence.
• In 1998 until 2000, as the Chief of Administration and Logistics. Army Fleld Command Headquarters.
• In 2001 until 2005, as Advisor BERNAS Logistics and Head of Facility Department. In 2001 until 2009, as the Chairman A&Z Marketing.
• In 2006 until 2009, as the Director Korakan Corporation Sdn Bhd.
• In 2008 until present as Advisor Securido Guard Services Sdn Rhd.

Mohd Fadli Shah Bin Najmuddin

Managing Director

Mohd Fadli Shah Bin Najmuddin was born on 02d March 1981. He experienced working in this Security Industry for almost 14 years. As the Managing Director of Securido Guard Services Sdn Bhd, he is not only leads and advises his team in operation wise, he is also responsible to strategise the operation activities of the security for continuity and sustenance of the security level at each location. He also ensures proper liaisons / approvals with local authorities and is in-charge of the smooth running at every regional daily operations. He is now officially a new Managing Director effectively 1 of JULY 2014. His aim is to enhance the Quality standard of Security Guards especially our local guards. In order Securido Guard Services Sdn. Bhd. to produce the quality security guards.

• On 1993 until 1998, at ‘Sekolah Menengah Teknik Likas, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
• He graduated from Universiti TUN Abdul Razak (UNITAR) in Bachelor of Information System (Hons.) in 1998
• In 2008, he received an honour from University of New Castle, USA for his Master (Sc) Security Management & Safety

Finance Director

Noor Farahdilah Binti Najmuddin was born on 21″ March 1982. She experienced working in this Security Industry for almost 14 years. She joined Securido Guard Services Sdn Bhd in 2008 as a Finance Director. Her main responsibilities are managing the company’s finances including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping and financial reporting. She also responsible for analysis of data. She also qualifies trainer certified by Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) since year 2010.

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

• Year 2001, pra-degree in Accountancy at Labuan Matriculation College.
• In June 2005; graduated Degree in International Business from University Malaysia Sabah (UMS).
• In January 2008, she received an honor Master in Business Administration (MBA) from University Utara Malaysia (UUM).
• In 2010, certified Train The Trainer under Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) in 2010.
